Role Overview

We’re looking for a reliable and motivated individual to play a key role in ensuring smooth operations across our warehouse and
delivery network. This is a hands-on position where you’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate stock control, preparing
orders, and delivering goods safely and efficiently to our valued customers. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take

Responsibilities including but are not limited to:

* Deliver goods promptly and safely to merchant businesses and retail customers.
* Provide outstanding customer service at every point of contact.
* Check goods thoroughly, ensure safe loading, and obtain signed confirmation upon delivery.
* Return all paperwork at the end of the day and accurately record any returns, shortages, or order discrepancies.
* Take full responsibility for company stock and the assigned vehicle at all times.
* Drive safely and consistently to meet all relevant vehicle monitoring KPIs.
* Comply with all applicable driver legislation and company policies.
* Read and adhere to the driver’s handbook and company guidelines.
* Complete daily vehicle checks, including defect reporting, and maintain accurate records.
* Report any accidents promptly in line with company procedures.
* Complete all compliance and training modules on time.
* Keep the vehicle clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
* Demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality.
* Identify and report any potential sales opportunities to the APP or MRCH sales team.
* Follow correct manual handling procedures during all activities.
* Accurately process and locate goods in and out of the warehouse.
* Pick and pack items for dispatch with precision and care.
* Load vehicles efficiently for onward delivery to customers.




Generic responsibilities:

* Promote and maintain the highest standards of Health & Safety, including active participation in “Near Miss” reporting to
protect yourself, your colleagues, and our customers.
* Demonstrate strong security awareness at all times, ensuring the safety of stock, equipment, and premises.
* Present yourself in a clean, professional manner, wearing the company uniform where applicable.
* Follow company procedures for reporting sickness or absence in a timely and responsible way.
* Ensure appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is worn at all times, in line with safety guidelines.
* Collaborate effectively with the wider branch team to support smooth and efficient operations.
* Be flexible and willing to assist in other areas of Lords Group Trading when required, including temporary assignments across
departments.
* Carry out any additional duties that are reasonable and within the scope of the role, contributing to the overall success of
the team.
