Job Title: Production Operative - Food Production
Location: Burntwood
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 07:30 - 17:35 (39 hours per week)
Job Type: Temporary (Agency)

About the Role:
We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join our busy food production team on a temporary, agency basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a fast-paced environment, ensuring high-quality products are prepared, packed, and dispatched to customers. The role can be physically demanding and will involve standing for long periods, manual handling, and working at pace. Shifts are booked on a weekly basis, offering flexibility while maintaining consistent hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing, handling, and processing food products in line with company standards

  • Operating basic production machinery (full training provided)

  • Packing and labelling finished products accurately

  • Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment in accordance with food safety regulations

  • Following all health and safety procedures at all times

  • Working efficiently to meet daily production targets

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in food production or manufacturing (preferred but not essential)

  • Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

  • Strong work ethic and reliability

  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

  • Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks

  • Awareness of food hygiene and safety standards (training can be provided)
