Pinnacle Group is looking for a dedicated Night Facilities Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness at our manufacturing site. You will be joining our Pinnacle Workplace Specialist Industrial Cleaning Team based in Rocester, ST14.
Pinnacle Workplace delivers tailored facilities management solutions across cleaning, security, catering and specialist industrial services. With nearly 600 colleagues nationwide, the team supports clients in manufacturing, retail, education and office environments.
Your role will involve cleaning the onsite staff facilities including: - toilet blocks, changing rooms, shower cubicles & canteens. You will need to be detail-oriented, physically fit, and capable of working with cleaning equipment and chemicals.
We are offering a Permanent Contract of 40 hours, working Monday to Thursday 6pm – 4.30am ** Transport Essential

Key responsibilities will include:
- Damp & spot mopping, dusting & polishing of surfaces, to clean and sanitise touch points, door handles, push plates, and other surfaces
- Cleaning toilet facilities, and hand basins and replenishing toilet paper, hand soap & towels
- Removal of waste from internal litter bins
- To keep the canteen/coffee points clean and tidy at all times
- Operate industrial cleaning equipment and materials in accordance with health & safety and COSHH regulations.
Key requirements will include:
- Transport Essential **
- Experience in cleaning services and cleaning equipment
- Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative.
- Experience with working to tight schedules.
- Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment.
