Youwillworkwithinaforward-thinkingandsupportiveteam,contributingtothecareofpatientsreceivingincreasinglycomplexandinnovativetreatments.Thisroleoffersexcellentopportunitiestodevelopspecialistknowledgeandgainpracticalexperienceinadvancedtherapies,includingCAR-Tandothernoveltreatments.
Weareseekingahighlymotivated,enthusiasticandpatient-focusedpharmacisttojoinourdynamicteam.ThesuccessfulcandidatewillplayakeyroleintheongoingdevelopmentanddeliveryofourHaematologyPharmacyservice.
• To manage and develop a high quality patient focused clinical pharmacy service to Clinical Haematology a
• To work as an integral member of the haematology pharmacy team jointly providing a comprehensive clinical pharmacy service to haematology patients, multidisciplinary team and provide highly specialist support to the wider pharmacy team in this area.
• To lead and provide expert advice on pharmaceutical matters within Clinical Haematology, ensuring adherence to national guidelines and medicines legislation.
• To facilitate and support the efficient and cost effective use of medicines with a particular emphasis on high cost drugs.
• To manage, develop, train, motivate and encourage staff working within the team
