In collaboration with the Academy Director, Clinical Research Lead, and the wider team the successful candidate Deliver AI and digital health training at the Academy, including education on safe, effective clinical use of AI tools Contribute to the strategic and educational leadership of AI and digital training programmes at the Academy Provide academic and professional supervision for trainees undertaking AI-related education, research, or quality improvement projects Contribute to undergraduate medical education in areas relating to AI, data literacy, and digital diagnostics Contribute to the education and training of non-radiology clinicians and allied health professionals in the use, governance, and limitations of AI in clinical practice Participate in and support AI research, innovation, and evaluation activity facilitated through the Academy Contribute to the development and delivery of AI-focused courses, workshops, and conferences hosted by the Academy Contribute to strategic developments for NHS Wales Diagnostic Services, including AI-enabled service redesign, workforce planning, and the development of digital and data capability across the diagnostic workforce
