Crynodeb
The Kingston Child and Adolescent Mental Health Getting Help service (Tier 2 CAMHS) provides out-patient and consultation services to children experiencing a range of mental health and developmental difficulties. The service also includes a Single Point of Access team which manages all referrals for children and adolescents in Kingston and Richmond boroughs where there are concerns about emotional heath/mental health difficulties. The Kingston Getting Help Service and the SPA work in close collaboration. Kingston Getting Help is a multidisciplinary team specialising in the provision of high-quality assessments and evidence-based treatments for children, young people and their families presenting to the service with moderate mental health problems. The Community CAMHS Directorate is located within South West London and St Georges Mental Health NHS Trust. The Trust is responsible for the provision of mental health servicesto the population of Wandsworth, Merton, Sutton, Kingston and Richmond as well as providing a range of specialist services to a set of wider, regional and national catchment areas.
