Crynodeb
Provide safe and effective clinical care to registered patients. Conduct routine appointments of 15 minutes for consultations including: Acute presentations Chronic disease management Preventative care and health promotion Undertake home visits as required. Participate in on-call duties where applicable. Keep accurate and up-to-date patient records using the practice clinical system SystmOne. Engage in clinical audit, quality improvement, and CPD activities.
