About The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and creative individual, who shares our passion for incredible customer service, to join our friendly trading team at Llanelli. This is a unique opportunity to work for a local conservation charity and popular visitor attraction.
Daily duties will include supporting the Trading Manager in delivering a successful high quality operation, incorporating cash handling, setting and achieving targets, motivating the team and keeping our stock well maintained. You will work with the Trading Manager across our retail and catering teams to develop and manage a vibrant catering and retail offer and help generate profits that support the conservation work of WWT.
This is an annualised hours contract based on an average of 20.5 hours per week. Salary will be paid in equal monthly amounts.
About You
To join as our Trading Supervisor you’ll need:
Previous supervisory experience in a relevant trading/commercial environment
A provable passion for great customer service
A creative eye and strong problem solving skills
The ability to balance supervising the team and supporting on the shop floor
Ability to determine priorities and set tasks
Experience in delivering exceptional standards in customer care
