Randstad C&P are working with a leading client within the North West to onboard an experienced Facilities Assistant to provide general maintenance assistance across their contract. This is a full-time and permanent opportunity offering a 37.5 working week

The Package:
  • Competitive salary of up to £26,000 per annum
  • Full-time and Permanent opportunity
  • Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
  • Van for company use
  • 33 days annual holidays including bank holidays
  • Generous company pension scheme

The Main Duties:
  • Addressing a broad range of general maintenance tasks including minor plastering, glazing, door repairs, and fundamental plumbing.
  • Completing minor plumbing and electrical maintenance.
  • Prioritising and responding to urgent Health and Safety call-outs to ensure site compliance.
  • Conducting scheduled inspections and performing necessary remedial actions.
  • racking maintenance requests through to completion via detailed logging and follow-up procedures.
The Requirements:
  • Experience working within general maintenance.
  • Basic plumbing and electrical skills desirable.
  • Full UK drivers licence.
  • Passionate about delivering top customer service.
  • Experience within a customer facing role.
