Position: Domiciliary Branch Deputy Manager - Blackpool
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Sunday), including on-call duties and regular weekend availability
Salary: 28,500 - £32,000 (experience dependant)

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established domiciliary care provider seeking an experienced and motivated Care Manager to lead and support their Blackpool branch.

Key Responsibilities
Support the Registered Care Manager in the day-to-day running of the branch
Ensure high standards of domiciliary care are consistently delivered
Maintain accurate records, reporting, and manage complaints effectively
Lead recruitment activities, onboarding, and staff development
Produce and manage staff rotas
Contribute to business development and growth of the service
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and operational requirements
Participate in on-call duties and provide emergency support where required
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including commissioners and service users
Undertake additional duties as required
Requirements
Previous experience in a management or supervisory role within domiciliary care (essential)
NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or working towards)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and on-call duties
Compassionate and person-centred approach to care
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Work-related car insurance (or willingness to obtain)
Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check
