You will help create a respectful, inclusive environment where individuals feel empowered to develop life skills and achieve their goals.The RoleCreate and follow personalised support plansEncourage skills such as cooking, cleaning and budgetingProvide personal care with dignity and compassionSupport with appointments and meaningful activitiesWork collaboratively and help mentor new staffShifts: Week 1: 30 hours | Week 2: 45 hours (includes one sleep-in per week)For sleep-ins you will receive an enhanced flat rate payment of £52.78.About YouYou are caring, proactive and experienced in support or care work. You adapt well to different needs, communicate clearly and work confidently both independently and as part of a team.
