An ongoing transformation programme in Essex has opened up a number of exciting opportunities for psychological services professionals who have an interest in the treatment and management of Complex Trauma that might meet criteria for Personality Disorder. The integrated care pathway supports the aspirations identified in the NHS Long Term Plan and Community Mental Health Framework.
These opportunities challenged traditional models of mental health provision to prevent escalation of mental health crises and develop true community-based, integrated and systemic services. You will be part of this continuing change, while developing your own skills and forging a progressive career pathway. We will support and invest in any further training.
