Are you a recent Psychology graduate ready to take on a rewarding new challenge?
Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Coventry, seeking enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistants to join their team on a full-time basis (Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm).
This specialist setting supports children and young people aged 7-18 with a range of additional needs, including Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Autism, and other complex learning difficulties. The school is known for its nurturing environment and strong focus on both academic and personal development, supported by dedicated therapy teams.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEN and a genuine passion for supporting young people in overcoming barriers to learning.
