This full-time role offers hands-on experience within a specialist setting focused on positive behaviour support and emotional wellbeing.
Responsibilities
• Support behaviour intervention strategies
• Provide one-to-one mentoring support
• Encourage engagement in learning activities
• Assist learners in developing emotional regulation skills
• Work closely with teaching and pastoral teams
Skills & Qualities
• Psychology, Criminology or Sociology degree desirable
• Calm and resilient personality
• Ability to build strong relationships
Develop valuable experience while making a genuine difference.
