The role:

For the role of Site Manager applicants must have previous experience of caretaking or site managers role, Health and Safety procedures and regulations, opening and closing buildings (Key Holder) with a working knowledge of COSHH, Health and Safety Policies, general maintenance and repair and be able to work within the code of safe working practices for premises staff
The Site Manager will work as part of an established team of site managers, delivering an effective service to Adult Learning Centre sites across Liverpool, whilst ensuring all work is undertaken in a safe manner
The successful post holder as the Site Manager should be prepared to undertake any necessary training to continuously improve their skills
The hours of work are 7 hours per day over 3 days per week, split shifts and will be 21 hours per week. Days to be confirmed to the successful candidate, allowances paid where applicable.
