Crynodeb
To act as a professional member of a multi-disciplinary team and be responsible for
implementing Trust-wide, all estates Water Safety services systems and equipment,
capital projects, energy and environmental Water Safety management and building
management controls.
Post Holder will report directly to the Estates Manager (Compliance). Developing working
relationships with Estates Operations, Capital Projects, Consultant Designers, AE(W)
and IPC colleagues on all Trust sites and other directorate heads of service. Close liaison
with the Estates Operations Manager, Head of Estates, Energy Manager, other
operational leads, including UCL and Royal Free Charity stakeholders. The post holder
is required participate within on-call rota system. The post holder will provide leadership
of the Water Safety discipline including supporting Mechanical Craftsperson’s
(Plumbing).
