Support the delivery of therapeutic interventions for children, young people, and families, working within a multiagency and collaborative framework under the guidance and supervision of qualified Community CAMHS staff. Work in accordance with the Community CAMHS service specification, vision, aims, and objectives to contribute to the provision of safe, effective, and personcentred care. Implement agreed lowintensity interventions in appropriate community, clinical, or educational settings, ensuring that any concerns or changes in presentation are reported promptly to supervising clinicians. Contribute to the delivery of therapeutic care bundles, using creativity and initiative to engage children, young people, and families, and providing psychoeducation as part of structured support. Promote emotional wellbeing and resilience, supporting children and young people to develop effective coping strategies as part of their care plan. Participate in reviews and meetings, offering observations and contributing written and verbal information regarding progress and engagement with interventions. Communicate sensitively and professionally with children, young people, families, and partner professionals across health, education, social care, and the voluntary sector to ensure coordinated support. Work in line with the CYP IAPT principles, which continue to underpin collaborative, goalfocused, evidencebased care within CAMHS,supporting collaborative, goalfocused approaches to care and contributing to routine outcome monitoring. Seek guidance and support from Clinical and Operational Leads when needed and participate in regular clinical and managerial supervision, following Trust policies and professional standards. Support a positive team environment, working collaboratively with colleagues and contributing to effective multidisciplinary working. Maintain accurate, timely, and contemporaneous records in line with Trust documentation standards. Work in partnership with other CAMHS teams across Nottinghamshire and neighbouring areas to support smooth transitions and joinedup pathways of care. Please note that this post does not meet the pay level required for a Skilled worker visa. Successful applicants with no prior NHS experience would normally be placed at the bottom of the band in line with Agenda for Change. This salary is below the minimum salary required for sponsorship for a Skilled Worker / Health & Care visa. In these circumstances the Trust would not, therefore, be able to sponsor for a Skilled Worker / Health & Care visa.
