The Mission
Reform Electrical Distributors isn’t your average wholesaler. We are a fast-growing independent powerhouse in Southampton that wins by being better, faster, and more down-to-earth than the national chains. We recently hit our first £1m sales month, and we aren’t slowing down.
We are looking for a Business Development Executive who is ready to move past the "desk-bound" grind and take ownership of the South Coast territory.
The Opportunity: Direct Impact & Autonomy
You won’t be a cog in a corporate machine or buried in a classroom. You will work directly with the Company Directors to implement our sales strategy. We aren't here to hold your hand; we’re here to give you the tools, the trust, and the freedom to get out there and make things happen. This is a "learn by doing" environment where your results speak for themselves.
The Day-to-Day
This is a high-visibility, relationship-driven role. You’ll be out of the office 3–4 days a week, "planting seeds" and securing wins.
• In the Field (75%): Visiting sites, meeting contractors, and reviving dormant accounts. You’re there to build trust and show them why Reform is the best in the business.
• In the Branch (25%): Collaboration is key. You’ll work with our internal sales team to turn your leads into orders and ensure our service remains unbeatable.
