Job Title: Care Manager
Location: Northampton, UK
Salary: £15 per hour, 40 hours a week / equivalent to £25,500 to £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Role Overview:
As a Care Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our supported living services in Northampton & Oxford. You will ensure the delivery of exceptional care and support, lead a dedicated team of support staff, and maintain compliance with all relevant regulatory CQC standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise support staff to ensure consistent, high-quality care delivery
• Develop and implement personalised support plans tailored to individual needs
• Conduct regular assessments and reviews of service users’ progress
• Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies to coordinate care
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies
• Oversee rota management, recruitment, and staff training
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and empowering environment for all service users
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the care sector
• Strong understanding of supported living services and relevant legislation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• NVQ Health and Social Care qualifications
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
• Organised, proactive, and committed to delivering person-centred care
• Flexible and able to participate in the on-call rota
