Requirements
Proven supervising experience within a setting
Excellent team management skills with the ability to lead by example
Experience in serving or hospitality roles is highly desirable
Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and foster a positive working environment
Good organisational skills with attention to detail in managing operations and inventory
