Job Description:
We are looking for a female PA to help support a young lady with Depression, Anxiety, ASD, ADHD, EDS (Ehlers Danlos Syndrome) the role will include some aspects of personal care and accessing the community.
Roles and Responsibilities:
On Mondays and Thursday the support is required between 7am and 8am. During these times you will be supporting the individual with their morning routine. This will include some aspects of personal care, helping with their college morning routine, ensuring they are ready and get there on time!
On Fridays the support will be required mid morning. On a Friday you will be helping to assist with the individual access the community. This could include supporting with appointments, going shopping or grabbing a coffee together!
Hobbies and Interests of the Individual Requiring Support:
The individual requiring support has a wide range of hobbies and interests. These include art, anime and gaming!
Hours per Week and How Will the Hours be Used?
5 hours per week, with the potential to increase. Monday and Thursday between 7 am and 8 am, Friday mid morning.
Pets in the home?
Yes, 1 Border Terrier.
