1 year fixed-term contract
About the job
We’re looking for a proactive, customer focused Lettings Coordinator to help deliver an efficient and positive lettings service on a 1 year fixed term contract. You’ll support the Lettings Team with marketing properties, coordinating viewings, and ensuring customers have a smooth journey from enquiry to sign up.
You’ll use your strong communication and organisational skills to carry out affordability checks, produce legal documentation, manage appointments, and keep customers informed throughout the process. With an understanding of lettings, housing legislation, and welfare benefits, you’ll be confident supporting a diverse range of customers, including those with more complex needs. Experience in customer facing roles, good IT skills, and the ability to build great relationships are essential, and knowledge of marketing or working with vulnerable customers would be an advantage.
If you’re someone who lives our values, putting customers first, being open and accountable, valuing others, and striving to be the best, we’d love to hear from you. Join us and play a key role in shaping a responsive, high quality lettings service that supports our communities.
Please note this role requires a driving licence and satisfactory basic DBS check.
Please note that although we have indicated the closing date below, we may close the vacancy at an earlier time. We encourage you to submit your application as soon as you can.
Closing Date: 24 March 2026
Anticipated interview date: 07 April 2026

If we have advertised for a full-time position but your preference is to work part-time or flexibly, please do give us a call so we can discuss these options with you. It is more important to us that we have the right people in our organisation, rather than just people who can work full-time.
