Duties:
- Conduct servicing and maintenance of a wide range of vehicles at customer locations
- Perform diagnostic and electrical work, including electrical component replacements and health checks
- Carry out brake replacements and general mechanical repairs
- Support safety recall campaigns as required
- Diagnose vehicle issues accurately using the latest diagnostic tools
- Maintain excellent customer service standards while working independently
- Ensure all work complies with industry safety and quality standards
- Keep accurate records of all work undertaken
- Collaborate with the technical team to stay updated on new vehicle technologies
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a vehicle technician within a garage environment
- No extended absence from the trade within the last 2 years
- NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent qualification
- Demonstrable technical, electrical, and diagnostic skills
- Customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
