Duties as a Vehicle Technician:
- Conduct comprehensive vehicle diagnostics and repairs to manufacturer standards as a Vehicle Technician
- Service and maintain vehicles efficiently and to the highest standards
- Effectively utilise diagnostic tools and equipment
- Record all job details accurately within the system
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs and work completed
- Complete all work within designated timeframes, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction
- Contribute to the team to maintain the dealership’s high service standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or in a similar role
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- Relevant UK automotive qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail with a customer-focused approach
- Committed to delivering excellent service standards
