Duties of the Centre Manager:
- Manage the daily operations of the automotive centre to ensure efficiency and high standards of customer service
- Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing ongoing training and development
- Oversee parts supply, inventory control, and stock management to optimise availability and minimise costs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and suppliers
- Ensure health and safety standards are consistently upheld
- Implement company policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency
Requirements:
- Proven management experience within the motor trade or automotive sector
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
