We are currently recruiting for a skilled Vehicle Technician to join a well-established independent specialist garage based in Milton Keynes.
This Vehicle Technician role offers the chance to work in a modern, well-equipped workshop environment, handling high-end and premium vehicles. Our client is seeking a dedicated professional eager to advance their career within a reputable organisation committed to quality and customer satisfaction.
Benefits:
- Competitive basic salary between £37,000 and £42,000 per annum (£18–£20 per hour)
- Overtime paid at double rate, in 15-minute increments
- Monday to Friday hours, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with no weekend work

Duties as a Vehicle Technician:
- Carry out diagnostics, servicing, and mechanical repairs efficiently and to a high standard
- Utilise the latest diagnostic tools to identify vehicle faults accurately
- Ensure all work complies with manufacturer specifications
- Maintain detailed records of repairs and work performed as a Vehicle Technician
- Communicate effectively with customers about the work carried out
- Support team colleagues with technical expertise and troubleshooting
Requirements:
- Recognised qualification in Motor Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent
- Proven experience working as a Vehicle Technician, ideally in a high-end or premium workshop environment
- Knowledge of German or luxury vehicle systems is preferable
- Demonstrable eye for detail and a dedication to quality workmanship as a Vehicle Technician
- Ability to adapt and stay updated with latest industry developments
- Excellent team player with strong communication skills
- Passion for delivering premium customer service and vehicle repairs
