The role: Support the legal team and the Data Protection Officer (DPO) by providing an accurate and efficient administrative service including filing, producing reports, photocopying, bundle preparation and dealing with incoming and outgoing post.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand Care UK’s legal framework for processing Subject Access Requests (SARs) and any other data requests
To assist with the processing of any other data requests made to Care UK under the relevant legislation.
To assist with processing the Data Privacy Impact Assessments (DPIAs).
To assist with processing the Data Sharing Agreements (DSAs).
To carry out the data protection due diligence on acquisitions and provide post completion support assimilating the new businesses into Care UK
To provide monthly progress reports for on-going SARs and other data requests.
Support the legal team by providing an accurate and efficient administrative service
Adhere to and maintain electronic and paper filing systems and archiving documents when required
Ensure all telephone calls are dealt with in an efficient, courteous and professional manner.
What We're Looking For:
Previous administration experience in a similar setting
Ability to deal with highly sensitive situations
Able to complete tasks to deadlines and to a specified standard
