What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated teacher to join our happy and hardworking team.
Candidates should be:
• An excellent practitioner with a strong understanding of EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2 and can adapt to teaching across key stages with confidence.
• Demonstrates warmth, positivity and the ability to build strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
• Has high expectations for children’s learning, progress and behaviour.
• Brings enthusiasm, creativity and resilience to their classroom practice.
• Can work collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
• Is keen to lead a curriculum area now or in the near future.
• Is reflective, proactive and committed to ongoing professional development.
We welcome applications from both ECTs and experienced teachers. ECTs will be fully supported through high‑quality mentoring and induction as part of our Trust commitment to developing early career professionals.
