What skills and experience we're looking for
We need a Class teacher from September 2026. The successful candidate will have SEND teaching experience and an understanding of the practicalities of delivering excellent differentiated curricula to children with high levels of need in an SRP/ARP setting.

Further details about the role
As a part of Ealing’s strategy to ensure local SEND provision for its children, Grange Primary will be opening an SRP from September 2026. Initially, we will open two classes for 16 children primarily with a diagnosis of Speech, Language and Communication needs or Autism. This will rise in September 2027 to three classes, with a maximum of 35 children spread according to need across the classes. We are recruiting for a Class Teacher, who will teach one of the classes in the SRP (under the direction of our SRP Lead Teacher, and whole-school Inclusion Lead).
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The successful applicant will be required to apply for an Enhanced Disclosure from the DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service). Further information can be found at:
