What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking a warm, creative and enthusiastic Nursery Teacher to join our vibrant early years team in Cranborne. You will be responsible for creating a joyful, stimulating and safe learning environment where every child feels valued and supported. Using the EYFS framework as a guide, you will plan engaging, imaginative activities that inspire curiosity and encourage early learning across all areas of development.
We are looking for a practitioner who builds strong, trusting relationships with both children and their families, and who works collaboratively as part of a dedicated early years team. Energy, patience, creativity and a genuinely nurturing approach are all essential qualities. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required, along with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of early years practice.
