Brymore Academy is seeking a committed Cleaning Supervisor to help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment across our large all-through school site. Working closely with the Head Caretaker, you will oversee the cleaning team and ensure high standards are consistently met in line with Health & Safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support cleaning staff, ensuring quality and timekeeping.
• Allocate work areas and monitor cleaning standards.
• Provide induction and training for new staff and maintain records.
• Manage stock levels of materials and equipment.
• Ensure safe use and storage of cleaning products (COSHH).
• Conduct regular site inspections and report any damage.
