Summary
OverviewA leading financial services organisation is undertaking a major transformation to migrate its Group Risk platform from on‑premise Oracle infrastructure to a modern cloud environment using AWS and Snowflake. With tight deadlines and a high‑profile programme, we are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Lead to drive the successful delivery of a major cloud migration workstream.
This is a tech‑facing role embedded within the post‑trade clearing risk domain. You will work closely with technical leads, data engineers, cloud specialists, and 2LOD/middle‑office risk stakeholders to ensure the migration is delivered on time and to the required standards.
Details:
Location - London
Hybrird - 3 days / week
Rate - up to £695/day Inside IR35 via Umbrella
Duration - Initially until year-end
Key Responsibilities
- Drive delivery of cloud and data‑warehouse migration workstreams.
- Run Agile ceremonies: sprints, scrums, and release cycles.
- Coordinate with engineering, cloud and data teams to remove blockers.
- Work with 2LOD/middle‑office risk stakeholders throughout delivery.
- Track progress, manage dependencies, and ensure timely execution.
Experience Required
- Proven Agile Delivery Lead / Technical Delivery Manager background in FS.
- Experience with cloud migrations (AWS strongly preferred).
- Exposure to data‑warehouse migrations; familiarity with Snowflake is desirable.
- Comfortable collaborating with 2LOD or middle‑office risk teams.
- Understanding of risk from a technology perspective (post‑trade/clearing a bonus).
