As an Event Healthcare Delivery Lead, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, safe and customer-focused healthcare services across your geographical area. You will be accountable for ensuring our event healthcare commitments are delivered seamlessly, from initial opportunity through to successful completion.
Leading and inspiring a dedicated team, you will champion exceptional customer experience, ensuring every event not only meets but exceeds expectations. You will oversee robust governance, operational excellence, and compliance throughout the full lifecycle of each opportunity, safeguarding both quality and reputation.
Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners, you will identify and maximise opportunities for sustainable growth. You’ll help expand our event healthcare offering through thoughtful planning, strong relationship management, and a clear focus on innovation and continuous improvement.

About You
Proven experience leading teams to deliver high-quality event healthcare services, including staff and volunteers across geographically dispersed locations.
Strong leadership capability, able to motivate, inspire and role model compassionate, credible leadership behaviours.
Experience managing a commercial service (circa £0.75m+ turnover) and building effective customer and partner relationships.
Sound knowledge of event industry best practice, governance, compliance and risk management.
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, solve complex problems and make effective decisions under pressure.
Educated to GCSE level (including Maths and English), ideally with qualifications specific to the events industry
About the Role
Lead the end-to-end planning, delivery and continuous improvement of Event Healthcare opportunities, identifying ways to increase charitable impact and profitability.
Drive exceptional customer experience, building strong relationships, managing contracts, resolving issues, and securing repeat and multi-year business.
Maximise revenue and margin through effective pricing, commercial negotiation, accurate quoting and invoicing, and contribution to competitor insight and bid activity.
Ensure full compliance with national standards, governance and reporting requirements, contributing to the development of policies and operational processes.
Oversee the production of high-quality documentation aligned to client requirements and contractual obligations.
Inspire and empower teams, championing collaboration, problem-solving, diversity and continuous improvement across Event Healthcare delivery.
