Would you like to join Hyde as a Delivery Lead, responsible for Regeneration Projects.

Hyde is looking for an experienced Delivery Lead (Regeneration) to lead the planning and delivery of complex residential-led regeneration programmes that help create thriving communities and deliver high-quality, sustainable homes.

In this key role, you will provide programme leadership across multiple interrelated regeneration projects, ensuring schemes are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in line with Hyde’s strategic objectives. Working closely with the Project Director and Portfolio Management Director, you will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage key partners and suppliers, and ensure strong governance, risk management, and performance reporting across programmes.

You will also play a vital role in engaging with residents, communities, and local stakeholders, ensuring regeneration activity reflects local needs, builds trust, and delivers long-term social value.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading the end-to-end delivery of complex regeneration programmes and high-value schemes.
Providing programme oversight to ensure alignment with Hyde’s strategic, financial, and delivery priorities.
Producing high-quality reports and recommendations for senior leadership and governance boards.
Managing programme risks, performance, and compliance with Hyde policies and regulatory requirements.
Building strong relationships with residents, local authorities, contractors, consultants, and community partners.
Driving high standards of design quality, sustainability, and social value across regeneration projects.
About you:

Significant experience delivering complex residential development or regeneration programmes.
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across large, interdependent projects.
Strong stakeholder engagement and partnership management skills.
Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving capabilities.
Membership of a relevant professional body (e.g. RICS, RIBA or equivalent).
Equity, diversity and inclusion are central to life at Hyde. We’re committed to creating a truly inclusive workplace where everyone feels respected, valued and able to be themselves. Our aim is to have a workforce that reflects the diversity of the customers and communities we serve, ensuring that different perspectives are represented in decision-making, service delivery, and the way we shape our organisation. By fostering an environment where all voices are heard and valued, we can better understand the needs of our communities and deliver services that are fair, accessible and impactful.
