Summary

We're currently recruiting for 2 x Delivery Managers for our UK Gov Client. This role will be 1 day on site in London.

- Rate: £600-700pd (Inside IR35)

- Location: London, 1 day per week

- 6 Month Contract

Duties Include;

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex programmes and projects across multiple teams and stakeholders, consistently achieving high performance against delivery objectives.

  • Ensure delivery outcomes align with strategic goals, timelines, and budget constraints.

  • Secure and coordinate the resources required to successfully deliver projects and programmes.

  • Manage project scope and ensure adherence to Portfolio Change Control standards and practices.

  • Support the establishment and effective management of project and programme budgets.

  • Apply and adhere to delivery management frameworks, governance, and standards.

  • Champion Agile and Lean practices to drive continuous improvement and delivery excellence.

  • Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations to maintain delivery momentum and ensure appropriate governance.

  • Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams to promote transparency, collaboration, and trust.

  • Monitor and report on delivery performance, progress, and value realisation to senior leadership.

Skills/Experience Required;

Candidates must have a track record in UK Gov Organisations, demonstrating experience of:

  • Agile Delivery Management methodologies, processes and techniques
  • Project and Programme Management
  • Managing multidisplined teams to deliver complex projects/programmes
