We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established college in the Wirral for a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their support team.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference by supporting students with additional learning needs to achieve their full potential in a further education environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with a range of learning difficulties and/or disabilities

Assist students in accessing the curriculum and participating fully in lessons

Requirements:

Previous experience working as a Learning Support Assistant, Teaching Assistant, or in a similar support role
