HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) - SEN Experience Required | Northampton | Immediate Start

Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and experienced HLTA with SEN experience to join a supportive and inclusive school in Northampton, with an immediate start available.

This is a rewarding opportunity for a confident HLTA who is passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs and helping them achieve their full potential in a nurturing environment.

The Role:

Support teaching and learning across the classroom, including leading lessons when required

Work closely with students with SEN, including those with ASD, ADHD, and other additional needs

Deliver targeted interventions on a 1:1 and small group basis

Requirements:

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
