About the role of Assistant Quantity Surveyor
Our client is a leading UK main contractor based in Central London with over 100 years experience and an outstanding £250 mill+ turnover! They predominately focus on hotels, schools and hospitality projects ranging from £10 - £50mill+ with projects sizes increasing. They have multiple live projects across London and have many coming up and have got a great long term staff retention
Our client if looking to bring on an Assistant Quantity Surveyor that must be enthusiastic and motivated with a degree qualification and relevant work experience.
Responsibilities for Assistant Quantity Surveyor
- Work on major Landmark Projects
- Get involved in procurement & negotiation
- Site visits
- Work with construction teams
- Monitoring cost reports throughout the project
- Prepare monthly valuations
Requirements for Assistant Quantity Surveyor
- Degree Qualified
- Able to commute to central London
- Basic experience in Quantity Surveying
