Apprenticeship for 16 Months : Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner - Primary Care Services
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our team.
This is an opportunity to join a Primary Care Network working for the Royal Wolverhampton Trust, made up of 9 GP Practices. The role will be working within one of our practices, supporting reception and the administrative teams. This has come at a time of great innovative changes in IT and technology in Primary Care and will be an exciting opportunity for the right person.
We work closely to provide excellent customer service to our patients.
If you enjoy meeting new people, have good computer skills and are looking for a training and development post, then this might be for you.
To work within one of our practices supporting with reception duties, administrative tasks, supporting the clinical team and management team.
To build effective relationships with teams and to maintain your educational expectation which will have protected time allocated for you.
