The Opportunity
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled administrator to join our outstanding Student Services department as our new Enterprise Administrator. This is a varied, purposeful and rewarding position where you will support the Careers and Enterprise Team Leader, as well as the wider Student Services leadership team, in coordinating enterprise-related activities, events and projects across the College.
In this role, you will play a key part in driving progress on enterprise initiatives, preparing evidence for audits and funding, and ensuring all work aligns with our financial, statistical and quality requirements.
You will take ownership of organising enterprise events and activities across the College, working collaboratively with multiple departments to monitor and support the development of the Futurepreneurs (iTrust) programme and the broader enterprise offer. You will also be responsible for preparing accurate funding documentation, tracking departmental and project spending, and ensuring budgets are effectively managed.
Using both digital and manual systems, you will maintain efficient procedures, create and manage databases, support cross-college projects, and ensure evidence and records remain audit-ready. Professionalism, confidentiality and a proactive approach are essential, as you will contribute to a positive, student-focused and highly supportive working environment.

About You
We’re seeking an organised, motivated and detail-focused individual with a passion for supporting student development. You will bring strong administrative experience, excellent communication skills and confidence working with data, finances and systems. Experience working in education or supporting learners aged 16+ is highly desirable.
You will hold GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent Level 2 qualifications) and demonstrate a commitment to equality, diversity and inclusive practice. Experience supporting small groups or mentoring students is advantageous. While not essential, a teaching qualification such as a Cert Ed or PGCE would be beneficial.

Required
• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent), or willingness to work towards
