Are you organised, proactive and great with people? Do you thrive in a role where no two days are the same? We’re looking for a talented Administrator to become a key part of our central team and support the smooth running of our trust-wide operations.
You will be:
• working term-time only (39 weeks of the year + 25 INSET hours) supporting the central team and ELAN schools to ensure everything runs smoothly and deadlines are met — even when the unexpected happens, which it does!
• the first point of contact for our ExtendEd and central business team
• coordinating diaries, meetings, training events and networks
• preparing documents, reports and communications with accuracy and flair
• managing correspondence and helping keep our records, systems and processes running smoothly
• supporting trust-wide projects, gathering information and producing reports
• helping maintain our staff portal and website content
• building positive relationships with colleagues, schools, external partners and more
• problem-solving and adapting quickly when priorities change - as they often do!
You’ll shine in this role if you bring:• strong admin experience and excellent organisation skills
• confidence managing a varied, time sensitive workload
• great communication skills, written and verbal
• IT confidence across Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
• a positive, solution focused attitude and ability to work independently
• commitment to confidentiality and safeguarding
• a full driving licence and access to a vehicle (travel required across trust sites)
What you can expect:
• you’ll be part of a friendly, supportive trust with a real sense of purpose, contributing to work that makes a difference across our school communities.
• we are helping you take care of your future with a pension contribution well above average.
• we are helping you take care of your family, by offering five paid care days (on a pro-rata basis). • we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment where everyone is valued and respected. We welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds, cultures, and abilities. Our goal is to ensure that every pupil and staff member feels included and supported, encouraging a community where everyone can thrive together.
• we provide quality, ongoing professional development and network opportunities.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment, where no two days are the same. If you’re looking for a role that will keep you on your toes, challenge you, and give you the chance to make a meaningful contribution to the education sector, we’d love to hear from you.
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (ROA) 1974.
We are unable to provide sponsorship under the Home Office Skilled Worker visa route. As we are unable to sponsor anyone requiring a visa for this role candidates must therefore be able to provide their own right to work in the UK.
