Manage the delivery of the service using an effective and efficient deployment of all resources within areas as defined by the Senior Management Team to ensure the department is producing high quality, timely and accurate results for Patients Provide regular update reports to the Operational Board, and annual report for the Annual Management Review determining progress and strategy within the Department Be responsible for ensuring the service provided reaches and maintains all agreed quality benchmarks, and oversee the organisation of regular audit and quality control measures.
