Job Title: Fitters Mate
Reports To: Site Supervisor
Location: Due to project requirements, you must reside within one of the following boroughs:
-Westminster
-Southwark
-Camden
-City of London
Argus Fire, launched in 1982, is now part of the Mitie Group. We are the UK's class-leading supplier of fire detection and fire protection systems. We design, install, and maintain all types of automatically operating fire extinguishing systems and electronically activated fire detection and alarm systems for large projects through to servicing small standalone products. We currently have over 200 employees and have offices based in Stourbridge (HQ), Manchester and London.

Assisting Fitters with the fabrication and installation of sprinklers and sprinkler pipe work projects.
Duties:
-Assisting to fit and install sprinkler systems
-Preparing and organising tools, materials and equipment required for daily site activities
-Supporting Fitters to maintain accurate records of work completed
-Reporting any issues promptly to Site Supervisor
-Loading and unloading materials
-Assisting with pipework installation
-Following all health and safety procedures and company policies on site
-Accurately follow instructions and contribute to efficient project delivery
-Collaborating with the wider team and other site staff
Candidate Skill Requirements:
-Knowledge of Construction sites
-Previous experience in Fire Sprinkler Installations is desired but not essential
-Works well in a team
-Valid CSCS Card
