Location: Redditch
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Our client is a market leader in preparing, packing, and distributing seafood products to leading UK supermarkets.

About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Picker/Packer to join the team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. The role primarily involves picking, packing, and moving products in a freezer environment, some weighing up to 20 kg. Occasional forklift operation (counterbalance) is required, but the main focus is on handling and preparing orders accurately. English communication and basic computer/scanner skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.

  
  

• Move and handle products safely (up to 20 kg).

  
  

• Operate a counterbalance forklift occasionally (~1% of duties).

  
  

• Use a computer and scanner to track and process orders.

  
  

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

  
  

• Follow all safety procedures and protocols.

  
  

  Requirements:

  • Forklift licence (counterbalance) for occasional use.

    
    

  • Experience in a warehouse or freezer environment advantageous.

    
    

  • Physically fit and able to lift heavy items safely.

    
    

  • Strong attention to detail and reliability.
