Crynodeb
Crockerton Primary School is a small, rural primary school, set in the beautiful Wiltshire countryside, on the edge of the Longleat estate. We currently have 99 children on roll across four classes, with our site comprising a historic Victorian main building, and a modern new-build. We are a small school with big ideas. Our vision, values and Chrisitan ethos is at the heart of all we do - it impacts the strategic decisions we make and shapes the environment we create for our children. Daily collective worship is central to the understanding of spiritual flourishing. We have an excellent, motivated and committed staff team, dedicated to providing an inclusive and nurturing environment. A key element of our school is the invaluable, collaborative partnership with five other local, rural schools known as the Compass Schools Group.

The school is committed to its partnership within the Compass Schools Group and our new Headteacher will continue this invaluable relationship. Our new Headteacher will place safeguarding at the heart of the school, and value inclusivity in all aspects of school life. Compassion, humour, flexibility and integrity are key skills we are seeking in our new Headteacher. This is a teaching post at 0.2.
