Shift: Night Shift, Sunday - Thursday
Location: Burton upon Trent
Pay Rate: £12.85 - £15.12 (Higher rate paid after 12 weeks)
About the Role
We're looking for reliable and motivated Order Pickers to join our clients busy pick and pack operation. Working as part of a fast‑paced warehouse team, you'll use a Low-Level Order Picker (LLOP) to accurately pick customer orders and support the smooth running of the shift.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately pick orders using an LLOP
* Stack, wrap and prepare pallets ready for dispatch
* Follow all warehouse processes to maintain accuracy and safety
* Work to picking targets and support the wider team when required
* Maintain a clean and organised working area
About You
* Experience using an LLOP (training can be provided)
* Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
* Good attention to detail and ability to work at pace
* Reliable, punctual and a strong team player
* Able to follow instructions and prioritise safety
