Join a friendly and supportive manufacturing team in Lancaster as a Production Operative and help create high‑quality products that customers rely on every day.
Shift Pattern (rotating every 4 weeks)- AM: 6:00am - 2:00pm
- PM: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
- Nights: 10:00pm - 6:00am
This role offers variety, routine, and the chance to grow your skills across different departments.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll play a key role in the production process, including:
- Operating machinery safely and efficiently
- Checking products to make sure they meet quality standards
- Completing simple paperwork
- Reporting issues to Team Leaders
- Keeping your workspace clean and organised
- Following all Health & Safety procedures
- Supporting continuous improvement across the line
What We're Looking For
You don't need tons of experience-just the right attitude!
- Experience in production/manufacturing is great (but not essential)
- Able to work rotating shifts
- Good attention to detail
- Team player with good communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
