Salary: £13.02 per hour
Hours: 40 Hours a week
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 6am - 2pm (flexibility regarding start time)

What You’ll Do:- Prepare, cook, and serve fresh, tasty meals that bring joy to students and House staff.
- Lead daily kitchen operations and take ownership of your personal development.
- Bring creativity, quality, and consistency to our catering and hospitality service.
- Motivate and guide junior team members, building a positive, supportive kitchen culture.
- Champion food safety and service excellence—training others to do the same.
- Keep equipment and kitchen areas spotless, organised, and running smoothly.
- Maintain the highest standards from prep to plate, ensuring every dish hits the mark.
- Follow set procedures while bringing your own passion and flair to the role.

Essential:
- We’re looking for a Chef who’s passionate, proactive, and ready to step up:
- Experience catering for 100–150 people
- Hands-on experience as a Chef
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to shine both independently and within a team
- A calm, confident approach when the heat is on
- Pride in producing food that looks great and tastes even better
Hold basic food handling certifications, including:
NVQ Level 2
Level 2 Food Safety Certificate
At least one year of hands-on cooking experience (Training in Food Hygiene and Health & Safety provided)
