Plum Products Ltd - Customer Service Advisor
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will handle enquiries across multiple channels including telephone, email, and online platforms, resolving a wide range of queries and issues efficiently and professionally.
This is a full-time, on-site position based at Plum Products Ltd, Middle Street, Ingham, LN1 2YQ. Due to our remote location, own transport is essential.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Take ownership of all customer enquiries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Handle all related administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Record, store, input, and update customer information correctly.
• Respond to and raise support tickets within the CRM system.
• Submit and track courier claims for lost or damaged parcels.
• Book collections and manage the collection queue.
• Build, promote, and maintain strong customer relationships at all times.
Skills & Experience Required
• A good standard of education, including Maths and English.
• Proven experience in a front-line customer service role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong IT skills and confidence using CRM systems.
