Warehouse Operative (FLT Licence Required)
Location: Gillingham
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative with a valid FLT (Forklift Truck) licence to join our clients busy and fast-paced warehouse team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and is committed to maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency. This is initially a Temporary role with the opportunity to become permanent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating forklift trucks safely and efficiently (Counterbalance)
- Unloading goods and inputting the details on to the IT system
- Scanning and moving stock within the warehouse and ensuring correct storage
- Carrying out stock checks and maintaining accurate records
- Ensuring the warehouse is clean, organised, and compliant with health & safety regulations
Requirements:
- Valid and in-date FLT licence (essential)
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Computer literate with good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and reliability
The hours of work are 7.00am - 4.00pm Monday to Friday with an immediate start.
